Craft Cocktail Menus & Bartending for Nonprofit Fundraisers

Original craft cocktail menus inspired by Academy Award nominated films for Pickford Film Center's 2016 and 2017 Red Carpet Affair fundraising events. 2017's menu was inspired by musical scores from nominees:

  • The Middle of the World - A cocktail inspired by the score from Moonlight: Gin, handcrafted Crème de Lilac (blueberry, rosemary, lilac, vanilla), preserved Meyer lemon, and golden blueberry "moon" on rosemary skewer.
  • Stardust - A cocktail inspired by Rogue One:  Bourbon, handcrafted lime-ginger-honey syrup, gold dust, activated charcoal, Laphroig mist.
  • Home is With Me - A cocktail inspired by the score for the film Lion: Vodka, Angostura bitters, handcrafted eucalyptus-cardamom syrup, lime, egg white, cream, club soda.
