Shipping Information

All orders are processed and packed on a weekly basis (more frequently during the holiday season). Orders are processed every Tuesday morning and delivered to the post office in the afternoon (except on holidays).

Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 1-3 business days (in USA) and 1-4 weeks to arrive to international addresses. Priority Mail is used for heavier packages and also takes 1-3 business days (domestically).

Tracking information will be emailed to you at the time your order ships. 

International Customers: You are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred. In most cases of delays, the package is being held in customs so call with your local post office with your customs form number if you run into any issues.

Check the tracking information that is emailed to you and confirm that the address submitted is correct.

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of shipment, you can submit a missing mail search request here, or you can call USPS with your tracking number (1-800-275-8777).

If your region has experienced inclement weather or natural disasters, you may want to check here to find service disruption alerts for your region.

All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order (incorrect items, incomplete orders, damaged items) we will happily provide an exchange or replacement, but we do not offer exchanges for any other reason.

ANOINTED oils: Scents are tricky and subjective! We try our best to make sure that scent information and ingredients lists are descriptive and thorough, but I recommend trying samples first if you aren’t sure you’ll like a fragrance.
